No speed test needed. I travel Oak St. home every afternoon during school zone hours. Every single day I witness people excessively speeding through the school zone. I am not one to ticket people for no reason. But 40 mph plus a school zone should get you a ticket but there is hardly ever any type of police presence. Someone is going to get hurt one day.
