Description

at the intersection of East Ave and University Rd there is a three way stop that is often overlooked and cars drive straight thru. I commute this way from the UVMMC parking area to the hospital and have been nearly hit many times... even when I'm on the cross walk!
Please make these STOP signs more visible. (The one down the road has blinking lights connected)

I'd also like to request a side walk on University Rd.
