    This property is a mess! There's overgrowth everywhere. Can the Board of Health or someone speak to this owner to hire someone to clean it all up. I've lived up in this area since 1994 and now all of a sudden due to this house, we have tons of dirty pigeons everywhere and they roost only on this house and more than once I've seen dead pigeons on the street and sidewalks. Not sure what is going on with this property but something needs to be done. It's terrible and unsanitary due to all the pigeon droppings and dead pigeons. There has never been a pigeon in this area until this property has let its house deteriorate. So please look into this.

    I live in 24 Albion street in Malden, and my back yard faces cemetery . The people who maintain cut branches etc on cemetery property do not trim the long branches that are breaking my fence. Please have them cut all the branches that are behind my fence.
