Q. Please describe the details of how the cart has gone missing and if you have any details that might assist in recovering the cart.
A. I believe someone took it . Since I don’t know the number of the recicle cart, I can’t just take any. It’s a 3 family house and we have the cart ending number 130 and 131, but I don’t know if the sequence is 129 or 132.
