    JRM guy quickly tipped the bin into the back of the truck, but not enough to empty it all. By the time I got out front, they were long gone. bin is left out front on sidewalk for contents to be picked up. Thank you DPW for picking up the slack JRM misses.

    owners not picking up after their dogs. This patch of sidewalk, along the wood fence, is being used by pet walker who is not picking up afterwards. There is obviously a small dog and a larger dog. One bad/lazy pet owner ruins it for others

    Standard green landscaping bin, with shredded dry leaves, 3/4 filled, 31 lbs in weight, was out out at 7 am, on curb. all other yard bins and bags on block was picked up. I will leave the bin for DPW or JRM to collect FIRST THING IN THE MORNING PLEASE!

    plastic/metal bin was not emptied. Contents are all recyclable items that have been rinsed (see pic). collection men stacked 3 bins at curb, carried them over to truck, but did not unstack all 3 them to empty. Bin is still on curb for pickup.
