Meanwhile I have neighbors with bigger apartments and more people paying half of what I am paying. I brought this up to management at the beginning of my tenancy and I was told that bill was completely normal.

However, we installed a camera 2 days ago that showed us what the real issue is. It goes beyond just sealing a hole behind the stove. The mice are traveling under the carpeting. Therefore, this issue will never stop. We have video(s) as proof. This is the reason why we see more and more everyday they have a point of entry that has not been sealed. And can’t be sealed as repairing it goes beyond some foam.

I have videos of 4-5 mice running in the kitchen. I am beyond petrified of living in this property. Thomas, was extremely kind and checked everything around the house. But I need help again. I need to leave this place I am going crazy, I can’t sleep, I can’t work at peace. This has affected my mental health drastically.

I have caught upwards of 10 mice in my apartment and there are more. I have notified the proper authorities in the building and they either ignore my request or send pest control personnel who does nothing to actually eradicate the problem. The mice are running all over my house: kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc.
