This Pet owner does not pick up after his dog. See video link above. This is not the first time this person has done this. I have a 4 yr old that should be able to walk on the grass.

At approx 1:35 is of my toddler and I almost stepping in and running over the dog mess with a lawn mower.
At approx 2:25 is me having gotten a shovel to scoop up the dog mess.
