This area behind the red plywood partition is actually a city-owned public street "Grove Ave" PID 152 570 023. This company moved in and has been excavating and digging into the public property and finally using this public property for their own gain. I am a close resident and I also want to ask if the items being stored on site are permitted, I feel they are hazardous.
