They should have left the schedule as it was. Every two weeks. Now there are yard waste bags all over the city sidewalks. I was following the two week schedule. Who new that July and August things would change. Who has time to check the website everyday? After today's rain these bags will be all split open. Did the city actually negotiate this change with the trash company? Did they save money by doing this? Are our taxes going to be lowered? I don't think so.
